Ergonomist services to address the ergonomic needs of the user through design/selection of work settings, equipment and furniture. Pre-move orientation sessions for staff (using pilot space) and pre-move ergonomic assessments conducted for employees identified as having specialised ergonomic needs to assess their suitability for the agile workspace.
Post move floorwalking provided and ergonomic software provided to ensure all users were given ergonomic advice for using the new space. Greenstar project.
